1. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY TOTAL BASKET AMOUNT IS HIGHER THAN MY WALLET BALANCE?

Tell the cashier to process your wallet balance first, and settle the remaining amount with card or cash. Exactly like using a preloaded gift card.

 

2. HOW DO I LOAD MONEY INTO MY WALLET?

The TuYu Mobile Wallet is a preloaded wallet, and money will be loaded into your wallet by your employer.

 

3. DO I HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FROM THE RETAILER WHEN I SPEND MY WALLET BALANCE?

No you don’t. You will be able to spend the full amount, without incurring any costs.

 

4. WHERE CAN I SPEND MY WALLET BALANCE?

The applications list all the participating retailers. Alternatively, you can see retail partners here.

 

5. WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE MY PHONE NUMBER?

You can log in to your wallet using your previous phone number and password. Click on ‘My Profile’ in the menu on the top right-hand side. At the bottom click on ‘Change Mobile Number’, insert your password again and new mobile number where required. Finally, click on ‘Change Number’

6. WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY PHONE?

Your rewards balance is linked to your mobile number and your devices unique ID. When you get your new phone please contact TuYu support as they will need to unlock your devices unique ID. Then simply download the App and log in with your original mobile number. If your mobile number has changed you can change your mobile number under 'My Profile' on the menu at the top right-hand side.

 

7. WHAT DO I DO, IF THE RETAILER DOESN’T HAVE A CAMERA SCANNER TO SCAN MY QR CODE?

When your phone generates the QR code, it also generates a numeric wiCode. You can give the 7-digit numerical code to the cashier. The cashier will manually enter the code, and it will be used as payment.

 

8. WHAT IS A WICODE?

A wiCode is a a uniquely generated one-time-code that is used at checkout to enable TuYu mobile transactions.
